The standard Rod-Out Tool is the type 1 with a twist drill bit unless otherwise selected below.
Custom designed Rod-Out Tools available upon request. Please specify if you want the Star Cutter Bit!

When ordering specify packing type:
Type 1, 0-14 pH, 700 degrees F, PSI 600 (graphite)
Type 2, 0-14 pH, 400 degrees F, PSI 600 (TFE)
Type 3, 0-14 pH, 1000 degrees F, PSI 1000 (braided graphite)

The Backup Wrench Specifications

The Backup Wrench
Available in sizes:
The Backup Wrench is cast from 8630 steel alloyed with nickel, chrome, and molybdenum.

After machining, the tools are carburized, quenched, and tempered to 34-36RC.

The finished strength levels are:
150,000 lbs per square inch Tensile
125,000 lbs per square inch Yield
